Silverbrooke, Whitby

Local are proud to have been part of the core design team for Silverbrooke, a new ecologically connected neighbourhood minutes from Porirua and Wellington.

So far we have:

  • Helped masterplan a community of 200 new homes

  • Created 5 new parks

  • Planted 50,000 natives

  • Protected 24,000m2 of native vegetation

  • Constructed 336m of new path through the bush
