Taraika, Horowhenua

Taraika is a 420 hectare block of land that has been identified as a growth area for Horowhenua.

Built upon the principles and aspirations set out in the council’s long-term growth strategy, the Taraika masterplan provides a coordinated and comprehensive blueprint for more than 3000 homes in east of Levin. The masterplan, was informed by consultation with various stakeholders including major landowners.

Led by Local and McIndoe Urban, in partnership with Horowhenua District Council.
